Project Summary

The Monroe County Crime Lab project’s main goal was to ensure that law enforcement and public safety professionals have the best possible resources available to solve and prevent crimes.

Monroe County’s goal was to pursue LEED Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and lead as an example to the entire county for future city projects.

Taylor was chosen to lead the interior build-out of this modern state-of-the-art 45,000 SF building. The project was completed with the end result of Platinum Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Certification, the highest from the U.S. Green Building Council.
