BYK-Gardener USA Completes Expansion and Relocation

Fairport, New York – Empire Commercial Construction, a regional general contractor, recently completed the renovations as part of an overall expansion and relocation for BYK-Gardner USA. Empire partnered with Greater Living Architecture for design of the over 25,000-square-foot renovation and associated buildouts of the existing building located at 320 Macedon Center Road in the Town of Perinton. The location celebrated its official ribbon cutting for local and international employees on Tuesday, June 3rd.

This newly renovated 25,000-square-foot building allows BYK-Gardner USA to expand by an additional 16,000 square feet from their previous location on Monroe Avenue in the Town of Pittsford, while adding offices and more area for research, development, and warehousing. Associated general contracting firm, TAYLOR – The Builders, then R-J Taylor General Contractors, completed the original building in 2001 for Caldwell Manufacturing.
