The restaurant will have outdoor patio seating which will be connected to the surrounding Washington Square Park and neighborhood. “After extensive research, we chose the 3 City Center for an exciting new farm-to-table restaurant venue because of it’s great access, visibility, and it’s local ownership” said Ross Mueller, of Label 7 Restaurant.

ABOUT 3 CITY CENTER
3 City Center is undergoing a renaissance with the new local owners, Three City Center Partners, investing $SM since August 2016 to make the 226,000 SF seven-story building a vibrant center of commerce at the epicenter of Downtown Rochester. The property was purchased by a partnership comprised of Bob Morgan, Robert Sands, John “Dutch” Summers, and Peter Landers in 2016 and is now undergoing extensive interior and exterior renovations. Creative design by HBT Architects and quality construction by Taylor – The Builders has enabled the Development team to realize their vision for 3 City Center.

Among the more visible improvements currently underway at the property are a new three-story entry canopy and exterior LED lighting plan, a full service restaurant with outdoor seating, and changes to the terrace level which surrounds the property including the addition of sculptural elements and new entry points which will help tie the property into the surrounding neighborhood. In addition to the on-site restaurant, tenants have access to amenities such as a direct connection into Washington Square Garage for parking, a fitness/wellness center, training room facility, large common conference & training room, Zagster bike sharing, and Greenlight high speed internet service.
